Q: How to I cleanse my pendant? 

A: For cleansing a pendant purchased from EvWiLo we suggest using sage/palo santo/ or incense smoke and a wafting motion around the pendant to help clear any stagnant energy. You can also use sunlight or moodlight (keeping in mind that prolonged exposure to light can change to color of a stone), and last but not least a Himalayan Salt Lamp can work in a pinch. These cleansing techniques also work for non-water safe tumbled stones or bare minerals.

Q: What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?

A: It's possible an typo-ed email was provided at checkout. Please use the Contact Us page to inform us of this issue and include; the name attached to the order, any items ordered, and the correct email that should be attached to the order. We will further investigate the issue/

Q: Do you have any care tips? / How do I take care of my items long-term?

A: Generally we suggest avoiding submerging your pendant (or other items purchased from EvWiLo) in water or getting them wet, as this can cause the wire or other materials to tarnish or become compromised. You could also gently polish you pendant using a jewelry polishing cloth or soft non-abrasive fabric to rub away any tarnish or grime that may build up over time.

Q: Why does USPS Tracking show that my item was last seen in transit and hasn't been seen since?

A: Once an item is shipped we are no longer in control of the package and see the same information you see on USPS tracking. However we want to be notified any time you have an issue receiving one of our items. Please direct any initial questions to USPS customer service and request to file a claim. After filing a USPS claim, please us our Contact Us page letting us know your order number that the situation at hand. We will look into filing a claim on our end as well.
