- Sales/Orders -

All sales are final. Nonetheless we are dedicated to finding a solution that works well for both/all parties when applicable. Please contact through the Contact Us page regarding any concerns, issues, or questions surrounding your order so that we can further assist you.

At this time we are only able to offer refunds if an incorrect item was shipped to you. Refunds will not be issued due to package lost in transit, incorrect address provided at checkout, or damages sustained during transit. If you are experiencing any of these situations or have questions please submit an inquiry via the Contact Us page. In most cases a replacement or exchange can be fulfilled, provided that a photo depicting the issue with the item is available.

 - Packaging -

Here at EvWiLo we do everything in our ability to promote safe delivery. Items are pack with intention to help promote safe delivery. Specific packaging items like but not limited to organza bag colors and size varies every order. Most orders come in a standard bubble mailer.

- Shipping -
All orders are shipped using USPS First-Class to the address provided at checkout. Typical processing time before given to the post office is 3-5 business days per order. EvWiLo is not responsible for packages lost due to inaccurate shipping address provided at checkout

Updates & tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided. You should receive a confirmation email, as well as an email notifying you when your order is shipped

Once shipped, EvWiLo is no longer responsible for timely or delayed delivery, loss of package, or damage sustained during transit. Any questions or issues surrounding shipping or delivery should be directed to USPS customer service first. If you experience any of these issues and USPS is unable to assist, please use the Contact Us page to see so we can submit a ticket with USPS or go over options to send a replacement with you.

- Sales Tax - 

Sales tax is always included in each item’s listed sale price. All tax revenue will be reported and remitted by the seller (EvWiLo) through the Department of Revenue. By confirming and submitting your purchase you are agreeing to pay the total displayed and seen in the confirmation email. All sales are final. The total price will be charged to the payment method provided.*
